利用物理化学知识研究自然之规律,生命之过程:
1. 荧光材料用于细胞及活体活动分析,如细胞追踪,生物成像,神经活动,蛋白功能等。
2. 纳米材料用于肿瘤的治疗机理,如光控释放,光动力,药物递送,药物靶向等。
孙钦超,博士,副研究员,博士生导师,深圳市“孔雀计划”海外高层次人才。2016年于日内瓦大学物理化学专业获博士学位,2017-2019年在斯坦福大学从事博士后研究,并于同年加入中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院任副研究员,独立PI。专注于分子荧光探针的发光机理及其在生物医学中的应用,特别是近红外二区(NIR-II)荧光技术的开发与优化。目前取得了多项具有国际影响力的研究成果:发现了首例具有1038 nm荧光峰值波长的第一近红外二区荧光蛋白,这是目前最亮、光稳定性高的NIR-II荧光探针(含有机小分子,无机材料荧光探针),为生物成像领域提供了全新的工具,极大地推动了深层组织成像的研究;首次实现并解释了NIR-II化学发光现象,我们提出了创新性的电子转移机制——“分子轨道秋千模型”,纠正了对这类化学发光机制的传统误解。此理论不仅深化了对化学发光的认识,也为设计新型发光材料提供了理论指导。
目前以第一作者/通讯作者,发表论文20余篇,其中在 Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Communication, Journal of physical Chemistry Letters, Chemistry of Materials, Journal of American Chemical Society, Chemical Science,Coordination Chemical Review 等知名期刊上,并获得了国内外同行的高度评价。主持国自然面上项目2项,青年基金1项,深圳市重点项目1项,骨干参与国自然仪器,科技部重点研发计划。
我们一直坚持用物理化学的方法探索分子荧光的奥秘,并努力将其应用于实际问题解决中,特别是生物医学领域。未来,我将继续带领团队深入探索,力求为科学界贡献更多有价值的研究成果。
