齐一泓,博士,深圳市市级人才。长期致力于高性能半导体光电子器件的研究,围绕X射线探测器有源像素结构、类器官仿生光电器件等方面开展了一系列原创性工作。研究的高增益、宽动态响应范围类视网膜光电探测器成功应用在事件相机、光谱仪、化学发光检测、激发荧光检测等,获得同行广泛关注,相关成果发表在微电子器件领域顶级会议IEEE IEDM上。近年来,发表论文15篇,申请国家专利20余项。作为核心成员参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目、工信部高质量发展专项、广州市科技重大专项、深圳市科技重大专项等多个项目。
